Opened since April 2014, Ruby Ellen’s Tea Rooms are located in Marian House, Newry Street just up from The Carlingford Arms (opposite the Carlingford Garda Station). Stopped in here for a coffee after a walk along Carlingford Lough. Only had coffee which was good: venue had a warm and inviting feel to it and staff were friendly. Appears popular: would recommend for morning tea or coffee in Carlingford.
